windy for wildfire/ flood forecast?

Hello,
I noticed that windy.com and Mapy.com are sharing the maps, I wonder if that could be used for forecasting the wildfire spreads as you do know the composition of the ground (like forest/cities) and wind directions as well. That would be super useful!!
Same as for the floods as what happened in Valencia, as we know the rainfalls and the topology of the ground, I guess overflow can be forecasted?

@Lucile-Sanchez Hello, right now, we use Mapy.com as the background map behind our data, but we don't calculate with the topography of those maps.
