Link with radar in Panama (Central America) hasn't been working for a month.

No idea why, but Windy regularly disconnects with the only radar in Panama. Ironic, considering it was here (in 1944) that Panama was the location of "the earliest organized military radar network used explicitly for weather surveillance by U.S. forces during World War II".

@PjinNC Hello, there were some changes done on the source, so we have to adjust this as well to display the radar properly. Our colleagues are aware of this.
