Difference in time of wind increase

For our current location offshore Poland, in Basic most individual forecasts show the wind increasing above 16 knots a couple of hours before midnight. This is also the case with the comparison function. Using Wind, all show the increase only after midnight however.

@Ftjwinfs Hello, unfortunately, it wasn't fully fixed, but we release one more hotfix today and it hopefully is already.
