AI Enhanced Forecast Window on BrightSign player

I utilize Windy running on a BrightSign player to display on a TV for easy access to the radar and spot forecast. Unfortunately, the BrightSign I use does not have a way to connect a mouse or touch screen to select what version of the forecast I want to use and even trying to login to my premium account and make the selection and then copying and pasting the URL into the BrightSign file does not make the window disappear when the device reboots. Any suggestions for a way around this? The box went away on its own for about 5 days and then it came back. Many people use this radar and the endless staring from the Butler has made some team members uncomfortable so they put a different face on him.

@Briana-Czatt Hello, we have set this popup to appear only once per device/account. So this is strange behavior to be honest. Is it possible that the Brightsign player clears local storage during every session?
