Dear Windy Support Team,

I am writing to request a full refund for my Windy Premium 1-year subscription. I have tried contacting support via email but received no response, so I am posting here as advised.

Here are my order details:

• Product: Windy Premium 1-year
• Transaction Date: July 20, 2026
• First Refund Attempt: July 31, 2026 (Within 14 days)
• Google Play Order ID: GPA.3391-2118-4878-20691
• Price: NT$1,199.00

I initially submitted a refund request through Google Play on July 31 (which was the 11th day after purchase, well within Windy's 14-day refund window). However, Google ultimately denied the request based on their standard automated policy.

Since this purchase is within Windy's 14-day refund policy, could a forum administrator (such as @Suty) please manually review this case and approve the refund from your developer console?
