    Offset between graphical representation and wind forecast table

      Hello,
      I've noticed a discrepancy between the graphical representation and the detailed wind forecast.

      Example: Thursday 8/2 PM/8 knots SE
      And if I expand the table, we don't find these 8 knots of SE at 2 PM.
      What do you think?
