Rainfall alert filter - update request (max value)

As first thank you for add rainfall to alert filters.

Could you please add max value to rainfall filter option?
In my/our(paragliding) case we need there is no raining during selected period of time.
as well no rain in previous few hours.
(is different by location, rocky mountain get dry faster than earthen hill).
