I don't receive any of the alerts when a storm is approaching.

Since the last update, the system has stopped notifying me of absolutely everything. I've already deleted and reinstalled the app, but the problem persists. Please, I need your help or a refund, as I've had the premium version for a while.

@Suty I'm trying to attach the image, but it won't let me. It only allows it via a URL. Unfortunately, the app stopped working with alarms. I've activated them all, following the app's instructions, but nothing works. Please let me know how I can send you a message the screenshots.

From my point of view, I have all the settings as they should be. The main ones, which are the internal ones, are also properly configured, but none of them work. I would appreciate your help with this issue, otherwise I will be forced to request a refund and remove the 5 stars. -

If you check dozens of posts in the community forum, you’ll see that they include pictures. That should work for you too !

Your alerts cannot work. You have set multiple conditions for a single alert: clouds, temperature, rain, wind...
This means that these conditions must all be met simultaneously to trigger an alert, which almost never happens.
You need to set up several independent alerts, as I have done here:

I just fixed it according to what you sent me, but I only see one blue bell, which I think is activated, and the other is not. I would recommend only one. If you set 2 conditions it means that the alert will be triggered only if condition 1 AND condition 2 occur at same time.
In your example, you are lucky, because the blue bell indicates that the alert has been triggered. But if one of those conditions had not been met, you would not have received an alert. -
@idefix37 Thank you for your prompt response. I've already chosen the option that's best for me, but the blue bell icon isn't appearing. In fact, I had used it before and received state notifications regarding prevention alerts, but it doesn't work when a storm is coming. In the general settings I have everything configured correctly, but it still doesn't work. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

The live alerts concerning storms (thunderstorms), heavy rain, tropical cyclone, C.A.P. are totally different from the alerts based on weather model forecasts.
Thunderstorm alerts are based on the detection of nearby lightning.
Heavy rain alerts rely on radar data; consequently, if no radar is displayed for your country in Windy, you will not receive an alert.
Tropical cyclone are based on different sources.
C.A.P is based on local warning by local authorities. If this is not available in Windy for your country you don’t get any alert.
First you should say what is your location, in which country.

Have you read what I said concerning the “live alerts” ?You are talking about a blue bell but I don’t see any blue bell in your last screenshot.

In addition I asked you where is Bella vista, in which country, because there are several places in the world with the same name. And as I explained depending on the location some alerts cannot be implemented.

@idefix37 I live in Panama, Central America, and the blue bell icon isn't available in the option I selected. Our government just issued an alert about an approaching tropical wave. I was able to receive this notification in my other two apps, but not in Windy. It's causing me a lot of problems, and it used to notify me constantly, but it doesn't anymore.

The blue bell is not an option. The bell becomes blue when there is an alert only.
There is no Radar in Panama displayed in Windy. So you have no chance to get a Heavy rain alert. At least you should get a Storm alert due to lightning.
If there is a tropical wave approaching, this is not yet a tropical cyclone. In the Windy Hurricane tracker there is nothing over your country.
Then concerning the C.A.P alerts from governmental administration, apparently there is nothing displayed at the moment.
