My storm alerts haven't been coming through since the last app update. I need someone to help me or give me my money back, because the app isn't working for me, unlike others. I recently renewed my annual subscription, but I already did what they told me here and they haven't written to me again. I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution to this.

@Elissa-de-Martinez I think this can be related to the radar situation in Paname, live alerts are triggered from the situation in our radar data in combination with lightnings. If any location in the world has the problem with these data, we cannot properly send these live alerts.
