Date/time selector is broken in point forecast mode

You can't click on different time windows anymore in the point forecast to change the displayed forecast time. This is a serious bug that broke the main use case I have for Windy. Release should be rolled back. I reported the bug in the app but there's been no action. Reproes across all devices and platforms.

@Suty Ah, so you made it a premium feature, and the togglebar isn't even visible to me because I'm not a subscriber. That's a really bad way to take away major functionality. There's no way for me to even know it was changed to a premium feature because it's a hidden toggle otherwise, and it wasn't announced anywhere afaik.
