    No verification email received, and not able to access 12 weather radar

      I purchased premium specifically so I could see the 12 hour radar and satellite forecast. It is still only showing the 2 hour

      I also registered an account and requested an email verification, but the email never arrived. I tried resending it, but still no luck

      If these issues are not resolved, I will request a refund please

        @brooksyardley First of all, I am open to refund the purchase, since you were probably misunderstood about offered features in our Premium. We offer only 1h of radar forecast and for every user, not only Premium one.

        Our Premium offers mainly archive data of Radar and Satellite.

        Regarding to the verification email, you had a typo in your email (gmail.con), however, I fixed this for you and verified your email.
