What "feels like" algorithm do you use?

Just noticed the new "feels like" feature in the forecast. Is it going to appear also in the current conditions?

I noticed that the "feels like" temperature for the next several days was identical to the actual temperature, apart from one or two that are only one degree different. This leads me to suspect that the information is incorrect.

In Australia our BoM uses the Steadman model for "feels like" temperatures. Which model do you use? Does it take wind speed into consideration, or just temperature and humidity?
