Map doesn't show correct wind forecast

Dear Windy people,
Since I received the last update I have a major issue with the app. As a sailor I often check the wind forecast for a location. So far, when I scrolled through the timeline in the Wind view (the comparison between models), the colours and wind indicators in the maps changed according to the time. After this update, if I scroll through the timeline for a certain location, the graphic seems to stay frozen. So the graphic doesn't follow the data. The wind pointers do change, but are lagging behind. This is very distracting.
I already contacted Windy Support and learned that the reason is that 'syncing the forecast time with the map' has been introduced as an option, which is only available to premium users.
It's such a pity as Windy has become almost useless for me in the free version. This feels like a way to force users into a paid account. I guess there will be many similar voices. So I truly hope that this change will be reversed soon. I will consider alternatives in the meantime.

Completely agree. I got the app update recently and have exactly the same situation!
It's truly a loss of basic functionality as I use it for planning my sailing trips, which worked great up until the latest changes.Dear developers of Windy, I've been a fan of your app and website view. Please consider rolling back this basic yet key functionality.

@idefix37 this is exactly the view I'm using and where I experience the problem I described. Windy confirmed that this functionality is now an option that is only available to premium users.
