Tapping an hour on forecast does not update display

This bug seems to have creeped up again.
It is the exact same issue as this bug.When I would get the forecast for a location, it would give me the map on top with the colorful wind display and the bottom area is the list of times with wind and gust speeds and direction. There is a dotted vertical line indicating current time, but you used to be able to tap on a future time and the top area would update with the projected forecast for that time—with the colorful map of wind speeds and directions. Now when I tap a time, nothing happens.

I am on iPhone 14promax iOS 18, and I tried it on iPhone pro max 16 running iOS 26.5.2 as well. Bug is still there.
