Issue sending updated observations via API since 11 August

Hi,
I've been able to send Windy observations from my PWS since July, but all observations stopped being ingested by Windy on August 11 around 10:34am. My PWS status shows as Offline. My PWS is still sending regular updates via WU and Weathercloud so nothing broken there.

I'm sending via the WSLink app "Other server" to https://stations.windy.com/api/v2/observation/update at 5mn intervals, and this was working fine until August 11.

Any idea on how to solve this ?

@Pierre-Baudart Hello, can you try to reconnect the connection between those services and Windy.com? It seems we don't receive any data from there.

Hi @Suty thanks for the quick answer.

So I recreated a station (linked to the same PWS) in order to generate a new station ID and key (see screenshot). Left it for 10 minutes, but the connection still seems to be broken.

I haven't updated the WS Link iOS app or anything like that and WU/Weathercloud are receiving data correctly so the issue doesn't seem to come from there.

It was sending temperature, wind, pressure, humidity etc.
Nothing changed in what WS Link is sending in the payload currently. My station is a Bresser 7-in-1 PWS.

@Pierre-Baudart I discussed this with colleagues responsible for stations and no changes on August 11 or later were done on our end. Also we don't get any data from any of your stations.
