i got what looked like 403 forbidden this morning

this morning i opened windy on safari and i saw what looked like 403 forbidden, so i went to the windy community and got it again, could this just be because of my vpn? or did something happen? it is no longer an issue, i’m just curious about it
i just think it was because of my vpn
the images look the same but one is the community website and the other one is the forecasting website

@Suty its called X-vpn, its some free app i downloaded ages ago, i used a vpn located in the netherlands, and i havent had issues with it before, maybe its because i usually switch locations based on less latency and something detected the rapid changes?
