Past Forecast Update

Hi,
I'm using the free version of Windy, and the default weather forecast model is Meteoblue AI.
I've noticed that updating the weather forecast for the next few hours also changes the forecasted conditions for hours that have already passed. At 1 p.m., the forecast (temperature) for 11 a.m. was updated.
Is it normal for updating a future forecast to also "retroactively" change the forecast? It doesn't make sense that forecasts for hours that have already passed are being updated.
Why is this happening?
Of course, the phone was in the same location the entire time. -

Yes, it is.
Windy displays forecasts computed by weather models. These forecasts are updated regularly—roughly every 6 hours—though only every 12 hours for free users.
For instance, if you look at the 00:00Z update, it provides a forecast for example for 14:00Z, while the 12:00Z update will provide a different forecast for that same 14:00Z time slot. I see no reason why the data points preceding the time you are actually viewing the screen would need to be removed.
Many users would complain about it. Some are asking to see the previous day forecasts. -

Yes, see this article explaining how the data is computed and updated in Windy.
The forecast computation starting at 00:00Z, you get it in Windy at 08:00Z approximately but it includes the forecast since 00:00Z. -
