@Suty Hello, I am a Windy member user from China. Last August, I purchased a one-year membership on the official Windy platform. At that time, I could not make the payment with my bank card, so I successfully paid with a credit card. After using it for a full year, my credit card was recently charged automatically for renewal. I inquired with the bank that issued my credit card, and their response was that the automatic renewal was processed by the Windy software provider. Currently, Chinese users are unable to use Windy. I would like to ask whether Chinese users will be able to use Windy in the future. If it can continue to be used, the automatic renewal charge is not a problem, but please cancel my automatic renewal. Regarding to the rest of posts here, we are aware of this bad situation, but I would like to be clear that we didn't cause this. We are considering all potential workarounds to get over this Chinese firewall blockage situation.
