Cancelling within 14-day trial period

Seeing other posts about how hard it is to do this, I’m registering here the fact that I’m cancelling my subscription, in case the route to refund via AppStore is problematic.

@dominiccarter Hello, I would personally recommend purchasing our Premium via Paddle.com in our browser version of the app, since we can completely assist you with any changes there. Paddle.com offers full subscription management for you and us as well.
Then Android and Google Play for purchases via Android app is also usable in this and we are able to refund purchases there directly. Unfortunately, AppStore is a bit limited and you need to handle the refund request on your own.
