Keyboard shortcuts for "move on 2, 4, 6 or 12 hours"?

I like to move the left/right arrow keys to show the forecast in the future. I would love to have shortcut that jumps a little more "coarse" grained to the future.
Example: map "ctrl-right" to "+6 hours from now". -

ah it seems you have to click on the map to change the focus. Using the scroll bar is not enough
