Title: Map does not update when scrubbing forecast time/date at a specific location

When I open the forecast for a specific location and move the time slider to a future hour or date, the map itself does not update to reflect the selected forecast time. The time/date indicator changes, but the map visuals (wind, layers, etc.) stay stuck on an earlier forecast frame.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Windy and search for a specific location.
- Open the forecast panel for that location.
- Move the time slider forward to a future hour/date.
- Observe that the map does not refresh to match the selected time, even though the slider/time label updates.
Expected behavior: The map should update to show the forecast data corresponding to the selected time/date.
Actual behavior: The map stays frozen on a previous forecast frame regardless of which time/date is selected.
I've tried closing and reopening the app and clearing the cache, but the issue persists.

This is the current behavior for free users since the last update.
However, it seems there are plans to change certain settings. I do not know if this will resolve the issue for free users. -
