Wind forecast for this location on map and tables off by 3h

I'm looking at the forecast for this location here in the Bahamas with "sync forecast time with map" enabled. However both in 1h mode and 3h mode, the table and the map barbs are 3h off. See attached screenshots where you can clearly see when I have 18h selected on the table, I see barbs for 15h on the map. Same on the 3h forecast, I have the 20h selected on the table but see the 17h barbs on the map.
