Draggable Speed\play\pause box on website Windy view.

Hi there,
Maybe I'm missing something, but when I search for a location on Windy website, it then pops up the hourly forecast over the top of the play\pause and speed control so that it can no longer be accessed unless you close the hourly forecast.

Can the speed\play\pause control box be made so that it can be put in a different place on the webpage or be draggable so that it can be positioned not behind the hourly forecast?
It would seem better to me if you could have the hourly info shown, but also be able to control the animation speed and pause, play without having to continually open and close the hourly forecast for access.
