Unable to run the app on my car's Android device

Hi,
I tried installing the app on my car's Android device which was available to install from Google Play and after installing when I tried opening it up, it opened up and loaded the splash screen but once the splash screen disappeared after a few seconds, nothing came on afterwards. I waited for a good 30 to 40 seconds, nothing. Only thing that would show on the top right corner was the yellow crown and noting else.
I tried a few times but the same behavior I experienced.
I have bought a subscription so I would want to be able to use it on all of my devices. It's frustrating that it doesn't work.
