Option to lock windy frame size and location

Hi, thank you for this WONDERFUL JOB !!!

But I have a request. I manage a kayak web site, and I'd like to integrate Windy in some pages for our location.

But the user can change the location when he/she touch the screen.

So is there an option, as whith Google MAP, to lock location ?
