Synoptic chart does not update as I track through a forecast

I used to be able to look at a forecast and as I clicked on a date and time the synoptic would show the position of isobars, wind directions and so on at that time. At present that feature seems to have stopped functioning. Now when I look at a forecast the synoptic seems frozen at the current time, and I am unable to click through the forecast. This affects both the iOS app and the desktop version in my browser.

In the mobile app you must check this setting to synchronise the map with the timeline
In the browser version, it works by scrolling the timeline.
