Cancelling my subscription does not work.

I have been trying for several days to cancel my subscription, whether on Android or on desktop.
No email is coming from FastSpring.
I log in with Paterpen@gmx.net.
Could you please check this for me?

@paterpen Hello, your Fastspring email with the access didn't come, since you used a different email in the past, when you purchased our Premium. It was ste******er@outlook.de
