Starting today, August 31, 2026, the Windy screen will not move or resize on Safari version 26.6.2 running on my MacBook Pro, Mac OS 26.6.2. Worked fine a couple of days ago. Still works on Firefox and Chrome. Closed and reopened Safari and restarted Mac, to no avail.

@gbussey Hello, can you please describe this behavior in a detail? I checked Windy.com on my laptop in Safari and I can't see the difference on the first sight compared to any other browsers.

@Suty - last week I bought the premium version. It worked fine. Starting yesterday, after I open the app, if I use the "hand" (i.e., hold down the touch pad and try to slide the image, it moves just a little bit then the entire page freezes and won't move, won't resize, and none of the different overlays, like rain, will open. BUT, if I open the app and the FIRST thing I do is hit the "+" button to enlarge the view, then everything works! I tried this several times with the same result, so seems to be something about the initial opening of the app. Of note, I have both restarted and shut down my MacBook Pro to see if there was something in a cache that was messing things up, and neither did any good. As best I can tell, this started with the new Mac OS. Also - works just fine on my iPad and as I mentioned, Firefox and Chrome on MacBook Pro. So seems to be Safari related. Thanks.

@Suty - further update - as long as I hit the "+" button I can move things around, BUT - if I then hit the "-" button to shrink things again, it freezes up and won't move again.

@Suty - and now, at 6:19 am, Hawaii Standard time, it seems to be working again. No idea what is different....
