Weather map does not change when scrolling through location weather forecast

When scrolling through times in general weather map; the weather forecast image changes. However when you are examining weather forecasts of a specific locale; whilst being able to see the predicted data, the general area weather map does not change as you scroll anymore. Is there a fix for this?
