Favorites and Settings

I would love to see the ability to rename a location when adding it as a favorite rather than having to go back and find it in the list of favorites to re-name it there. A simple but meaningful change for operational forecasters.
I also have an issue where my favorites aren't staying pinned to my homepage for some reason. I don't know if that has anything to do with me switching between the app and web version frequently though.
Finally, I would love to see the app/site memorize or lock all changed settings as the user's default upon a new session. I have to toggle on settings like "Display Times in UTC" every login and sometimes again during a long active session.

@jdvoss I have the same problems w my Favorites. Also, I cannot get Windy to remember to display Lines of Pressure.
