Delay in Availability of Model Run Data

Hi All,
Over the past few days, I have observed that the availability of new model run data is taking significantly longer than before. Earlier, the turnaround time was considerably better.
For example, the ECMWF 0000Z run is becoming available only around 0900Z. Similar delays are also being noticed with GFS, ICON, and other regional models available under the Premium account.
Could you please investigate this issue and take the necessary corrective actions?
