It is been raining in my street and area last 10 minutes, but prediction is showing no rain, I am witnessing this wrong predictions last 3 to 4 months, pls check

Check what?
You haven't specified where you noticed these incorrect forecasts.
It is important to understand that Windy does not generate forecasts itself, but visualizes data from major weather models.
Have you tried all the models available for your area?
