Windy Premium account – App and website frozen on startup

Hi,
I have a Windy Premium subscription. For the past two days, I haven't been able to access the app. When I click on the icon, the page stays stuck on the splash screen (the same thing happens when I try to log in via the website).
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, without success. Restarting my phone didn't fix the issue either.
How can I solve this?

@alberto-venturini-2 Hello, I see your Premium account under alber******turini82@gmail.com and it seems fine on our end. Can you please provide more info about the device, that you use to access the app?
