Satellite Imagery Resolution Differences in Saudi Arabia and Neighboring Countries

Why is satellite imagery much clearer in some countries, such as Sudan, while the resolution in Saudi Arabia is generally low? I have noticed that high-resolution imagery sometimes appears in Saudi Arabia for a short time, but soon returns to lower quality. What causes this, and are there plans to provide permanent high-resolution imagery for Saudi Arabia and nearby countries? Thank you.

This is likely due to coverage by 2 different geostationary satellites.
