Desktop forecast != App Forecast (Wind speeds don't match)
-
Hi.
If I open WIndy in two different places, same location, same time of day, shouldn't all of the weather models report the same data at the same time?
This doesn't appear to be the case. Here the example for where I am located: Dallas, TX.
First, a screenshot of the Windy app (Android):

OK, now here's a screenshot of my main computer (Firefox):

If you look carefully at the Saturday forecast for wind speeds across the different models,
they are completely different.The app shows GFS showing winds around 12-13 MPH at midday.
My desktop is showing GFS winds between 14-17 MPH at midday.
The units are the same. The models are the same. Everything is the same.
Why are the numbers different? What's going on here? Am I using the app wrong?

@mrgalaxy
I don’t know how you read these tables.
For me, on Saturday 19 at 12PM, readings from your screenshots are:
They match perfectly.
