Feels like temperature is identical to regular temperature

The recently introduced Feels Like temperature is identical to the regular temperature above it. Isn't that supposed to take into account things such as wind for example?

When I'm looking in another visualization for the same model (ICON-EU) there is definitely a difference in those cases, but not here.
