Strange App Icon

I have this app on my iPhone, iPad and now on my iPad 12.9”. I find it strange that the App Icon is a square block on the 12.9 and the correct Icon on the other two devices. What’s up with that??

@TZ I have the same problem, I see the cordova Icon instead of your Icon. (iPad Pro 12.9)

Ivo, what is really stranger thing is the Icon is shown in my favorites correctly!! It’s only on the desktop that the Cordova Icon shows up..

@ivo Could you be missing an icon resource with the correct resolution for the desktop? I do also have the same Cordova icon for Windy on my 12.9” iPad Pro.
