Allow a maximum amount of precipation for alerts

Hi there!
Right now, you can set a minimum amount of rain for your alerts.
Can we have a maximum amount, too? A lot of weather dependent outdoor activities like it dry, e.g. paragliding ridge soaring, where I need wind x from y with 0 rain.Thanks :)
