How do I change my home setting?

My home setting is not my home. I'm not sure how it became my home setting but does anyone know how to enter the setting or change it?

Same question: How can I set up a specific location that I see when I press the „home button“ (the little house) in the iOS App? I do NOT want to use my current GPS-location.
As an extra, it would be nice to also adjust the zoom level in that „home“ view. Is that possible?
