Is NEMS covering the whole world?

I noticed that I can have a NEMS meteogram for a location in New Guinea,
although NEMS is not covering the area outside Europe.

Finally, NEMS is covering the whole world?

We get NEMS data form MB just in middle of Europe. For rest of the world we use their point forecast API
