    Why do I see 150 km/h wind speed on the map (Bitez - Turkey) wrong value...

        I see only 15 km/h.
        The digits before wind speed (130 in the attached chart) stand for WIND DIRECTION
        in degrees.
        360=North, 090=East, 180=South, 270=West etc.
        Wind direction 130 means wind is comming from SouthEast.
