Airgram meaning

Hi everybody
I'm new to paragliding and I know that people use apps like windy to check if the wind condition is allright for a flight.
Unfortunetly I do not know much about weather forcast.
I know what the symbols in the airgram mean. But there is a column of these symbols for each observed hour. What does that mean?? How can this diagram help me decide if the weather is suitble for flight or not? -

How can this help you to prepare flight? It depends on what kind of flying you do (thermal flying / ridge flying) and on the terrain where you want to fly. -
And what do these numbers 700h 800h 900h etc mean?

pressure levels in hPa (hectopascal)
As the average pressure on sea level is 1013 hPa
700 h is 3000 high (10.000 ft)
800 h = 1950m=6400ft
900 h= 990m=3250ft etc
