Our youngest programmer @<bdi>dzuremar</bdi> worked hard to bring you the new forecast model. And finally it is here.

ICON-EU with a lot of overlays, isolines and even Meteogram.

Windy should use the correct value everywhere : 6.5km for ICON-EU and 1.3km for AROME

In Windy, ICON Europe is presented with a 7km resolution. DWD say it is in fact 6.5km. OK so Windy has rounded its resolution to 7km.
But using the Compare feature the resolution of ICON EU appears to be 6km.

Same with AROME resolution, the version used by Windy is 1.3km according to Météo France. It is rounded to 2km in Windy.
But in the same table it is shown with the non-rounded resolution.

It would be good to homogenize these values.

It should gives shaper forecast images with ICON. As example, just look to wind analyse on Corsica island in Mediterranean Sea with ICON and with ECMWF, you wil see more details with ICON. This is interesting for short forecast time (24h or 48h) close to mountain and sea shore. But more resolution does not mean always better forecast !
