Same problem. Here are the details: IOS 11.2.5 Steps: 1. Open the app 2. Cick on three dots 3. Click advanced settings 4. Change temperature from c to f 5. Click back arrow 6. Click home icon Result: temperature will still be in c and forecast will be in c.

Steps to resolve: 1. Delete app 2. warm boot iphone 3. reinstall app Result: same problem

@lsrs77 Folks I think I solved it! 1. Open the app 2. Click on the three dots 3. at the bottom click on error console 4. click restart the app 5. click on three dots 6. in setting click f (it will naturally change back to c on the reset) 6. View your city 7. Boom baby!

@donstiles I have found that changing things like temperature scales is best done in a web browser. Windy remembers it and applied that setting when using an iOS or Android app.

But really, the 3 dots don’t take me anywhere for settings, just bring up different weather reports.
                    There is no error whatchacallit.
And I’ve changed my settings here but how do I connect my account here to my app?
                    Settings are stuck... HELP!!!

@heathereguthrie what version of the app are you using? Are you sure you have the latest version?

This is an easy fix for the mobile. Go to the search icon (bottom right) in the app. In the search area, type settings. It will bring up the settings for this app. At the bottom, you'll see temperature with a C next to it. Simply touch the C and it will change to F. I've closed the app and reopened it several times and it does not change back to C. Fixed.

Not working for my iPhone mobile app. Can’t seem to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit. I tried a search and spelling out “settings”, but that just took me to a town called Settings. This needs to be more obvious to set up.

You must make the change Celsius to Fahrenheit on the website Windy.com after being logged in. Then it’s automatically applied to your phone app.

I could not switch once I stumbled on to the settings screen. Would press a value such as mph but nothing happened. Then I turned my screen to landscape mode, and I could adjust everything.

@turbinesurgeon turn your screen to landscape and try it again. This worked for me.
