as the central pressure decreases by 26 hPa in 24 hours.

Yes, the conditions should be much lighter compared to what was forecasted beginning of this week.

Although the latest ECMWF's run is "smoothing" the situation (15 hPa/24 hrs)
the Irish Met. Service issued an "orange" weather warning and named the storm "Fionn".
