Give us Free open source vector data or find someone who will render 256x256 map tiles with it

Navionics has free leaflet API https://webapiv2.navionics.com/
Quite heavy API for loading tiles on leaflet, but it works.

You may look to Open CPN which offer free vector marine maps. I am not very familiar with it, so take it as rough information.
