Windy version 14 brings sharper map and better colors
A sharper map and new beautiful colors – this is the main innovation of the new Windy version 14.00.
But not only that.
We bring you the new layer Precipitation type, and two pure experimental layers Fog and Thunderstorms from the ICON GLOBAL model.
Let us know what you think about these data.
Ivo and the Windy team
when will V14 be released?
In 1 - 2 weeks

Looks good! Any word the api? v13 or v14? Cheer, Jeremy
@fastseas You can use v13 in API right now, just change client version in drop down menu in console. V13 will go to API approx 14 days after client release.

Good job, guys! My favorite tool for weather prediction!
Greetings from Ukraine.

Maps seem sharper along sea shore and in mountains if I remember how it was before. Fine!
I does not like the palet of colours for wind below 6kts. The colours are too dense for wind of 0, 1 or 2kts... so I will change that in the colour palet settings.
OK for the new layers. I just regret that you have not added a colour layer for Geopential Height which is still only available as isoline.
Many thanks for this great job !!
