Forecast

Hello,
I use regularly Windy and I think it's a very useful tool, but there is a bug that bothers me: the forecast banner doesn't appear when connecting (please see the joined picture). It seems to depend on the web connection type in relation to the location (and so the computer) where I connect to the web.
Please could you help me?
