Reported wind/temp does not show up on PC or Android app

When selecting "Reported Wind" from the overlay options on the bottom right, nothing shows up on either my PC or Android. No indicator icons or numerical values show up at all for either "reported" overlay, it seems. Not sure if there's any better way of explaining this...
