      Hi,
      My first time here.
      Opening the rain radar layer seems to instantly crash my windows 10 Chrome browser
      Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit)

        Not only on Chrome and not only on Windows. Radar uses webGL to be FAAAAAAAAAST.

        webGL is high advanced technology and some computers/mobiles have non standard graphic card drivers (developed by some badly paid Asian developers) and since there are just few users affected by this, we have no time to develop non-webGL version.

        It is not issue of browser or operating system

        However if this happens to you please give as precise version of your browser and operating system.
